The keypad inside the Nokia 3100b may eventually need replacement. This guide shows you how to access the keypad.

Press the button on the back of the phone and slide the back panel off.

Remove the battery by pulling it from the phone.

Push the black tabs down and pull the colored half of the phone from the white half.

The front part of the phone is now removed. Make sure nothing was damaged while removing the front cover.
