If your lens is dirty or damaged, use this guide to replace the lens assembly.

    • Place the camera on its back with the lens facing up.

    • Firmly grip the lens assembly with one hand, and hold the camera with the other. Turn the lens assembly counterclockwise until it is free.

    • If the lens assembly has never been removed, it may initially require some force for it to turn.
