    • Flip the device over so that the bottom side is facing up and use the Phillips #1 Screw Driver to remove the four 4mm screws on the cover panel.

    • Lift the panel to remove it from the device.

    • Remove the RAM by placing your thumbs on the silver tabs on each side of the RAM stick and pulling the tabs away from the RAM stick.

    • The RAM stick should "flip" up when it is released from its holders.

    • Pull the RAM stick toward you to remove it.

    • Repeat the above step to remove the second RAM stick
