The Toro Proline 21" Recycler II is a robust rotary mower designed for commercial gardening. It features a powerful engine, a large fuel tank, and self-drive via powered rear wheels. The recycling part of this mower is a tunnel plug that you insert to block the discharge door that would otherwise direct cuttings to a grass bag. With the tunnel plug in place, the clippings fall back onto the lawn as mulch.
