Speaker Won't Turn on

No matter what you do, you can't get your speaker to turn on.

Faulty Power Switch Connection

Check to make sure the power switch is "On" and the power light is on. If the power light is on, then the speakers are on. If power light will not turn on, you may need to replace the wires using this guide.

Faulty Battery Connection

Check to make sure the power switch is on, and the power light is on. If the power light does not come on, try to rearrange the batteries so they can properly connect to the battery coils, or you can plug in the device using the DC in auxiliary plug.

Stand Doesn't Work

IPod dock wont stand on its own.

Stand is Jammed

In order to use the stand, pull it forward and around the system. If the stand will not pull around the system, consider taking off the back of the speakers and removing the stand using this guide.

Stand is Broken

The stand will pull around the system, but will not stand because the plastic is broken or cracked. Consider removing the stand and then replacing it using this guide.

Drained/bad battery

The speakers won't turn on, but there are batteries inside.

Check to make sure the power switch is "on" if the power light does not also come on, you may need to change the batteries. To change the batteries use this guide.

Faulty Speaker

If no sound is emitted or sound emitted is too quiet, too loud, or fuzzy.

Audio Distortion

Once the iPod is plugged in it should play music audibly. If the music volume is wrong or fuzzy, check to make sure nothing is blocking the device from fully connecting to the dock. If the music still sounds wrong, there may be a problem with the speaker connection wires. Fix the wires using these guides.

Won't Play Connected Device
