Camera Won't Turn On or Camera Turns On and Immediately Shuts Off
No matter what you do, you can't get your camera to turn on.
Drained/Dead Battery
If your camera won't turn on, especially after a long period of disuse, the batteries may be drained. If you wish to test the batteries, you can insert them into a different, functioning device and see if they provide power. If the batteries are dead, they need to be replaced in the camera. Bad Logic Board
There is a possibility that the camera is not turning on due to a malfunctioning motherboard. If this is the case, you must send the camera to Kodak, as removing the motherboard will ruin the camera. To contact Kodak about repairing your camera, you can go to the Kodak support page here.
Pictures Don't Show Up on the Screen
My pictures don't show up on the LCD screen after I take them.
If the pictures do not show up on the LCD screen after being taken, the LCD screen may need replacing. Follow the LCD replacement guide to replace the screen here.
Internal Memory is Full
The camera says that the memory is full even though the memory card is empty.
If the camera's internal memory is full, the first solution would be to connect your camera to your computer with the micro USB cable included with your camera.
The second solution is to insert a memory card into the camera and switch the settings of the camera to save the photos onto a memory card. Follow our guide to this solution here.
Memory Card is Full
Camera says memory card is full.
Check to see if the camera's memory card is full by removing it from the camera and inserting it into your computer. Download the pictures onto the computer and delete the pictures on the card.
Memory Card Incorrectly Formatted or Corrupted
Camera says memory card is corrupted.
If the memory card you are using is not formatted correctly or is corrupted, photos will not be saved.
The Flash is Not Working
The flash will not go off when I am taking a picture
The Flash is Turned Off
If the flash is not turned on, press the flash button on top of the camera (the button with the lightning bolt above it) until the desired flash mode is displayed on the screen. Flash modes and symbols are described in the Kodak Support Page here.
The Flash is Covered Up
Make sure nothing is obscuring the flash on the front of the camera, including your fingers.
Burnt Out Flash Bulb
If you have tried the solutions listed above, and the flash still does not work, the flash bulb may need replacing.
Malfunctioning Capacitor
If the above solutions still have not worked, the capacitor may need replacing.
Photos will not Transfer to Computer

could I ask a question, if my camera is totally broken, it even does not turn on, is there a chance to check the pictures of the internal memory connecting somehow the camera to computer via USB cable or using other things, having in mind that it's broken, but the pictures are still inside, thank you!

There is no easy answer for that, it depends on how totally broken it is. I really suggest, you ask a professional to take a look and if it is possible, they will get you the picture out of it. To find a pro, check the manual http://manualbee.com/de/f/kodak-easyshar... . But don't touch it yourself, you might lower the chances to get it out.

I have tried adjusting the settings on my Kodak C195 Easy Share camera & have come to the conclusion that I need to replace the flash bulb. Is that something I could do on my own, or would I have to bring it to a repair shop? Also any information about how much something like that would usually cost to repair would be appreciated.
