Can I upgrade my logic board
Would i be able to upgrade my logic board to a 2011 model?
I would like the faster CPU, Sata 3 and thunderbolt.

This isn't possible. Even if the board looks the same there are manufacturing changes in the heat sinks, screw mounds, etc that would prevent it from fitting and mounting correctly.
Trade it in and get a new one. Macs hold their value pretty well.
