Ear speaker needing replacement
Apple has diagnosed my ear-speaker as “in need of replacement.” Does ifixit sell the part?

Indeed they do.
Unfortunately, it appears iFixit hasn't had a chance to create a guide to that repair for you, but I found two others that should do. Of course one's in Spanish but the other one's in English. If you use a browser like Chrome that does translation, the Spanish site will work fine no matter what your native language is.
