Replacing the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Hello! I believe it is soldered to the motherboard on this model though I was unable to confirm this. (I am assuming it is similar to a G40 which I was able to confirm.) Before going straight to replacement I would try some troubleshooting steps.

1. Try to clean the port with compressed air and/or a Q-Tip with 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol (squeeze it first to remove extra alcohol)
2. Check the headphones you are testing it with.
3. Restart the device, check your settings.

If none of these work, it likely does need replacement, you can open the phone, remove the old 3.5MM jack and solder a new one on. I cannot find any info on which one is used unfortunately, or more specific instructions for this specific model.
