Dell Inspiron 15 3505 screen is flickering and stuck

How do you mean "stuck at 95% part of the screen"? As in the screen is frozen with whatever pixels were on it / only 5% of the screen works?

The following is some general troubleshooting steps.

Please try connecting an external monitor to your laptop. If the external monitor is appearing as normal, it is more likely to be a hardware failure of some kind, that the laptop's screen module is broken, loose or damaged cables etc., and the faulty component would need to be repaired or replaced.

If your problem appears on an external monitor too, it is more likely to be a software problem, it can be faulty driver or a GPU problem. Try making sure that you have all your firmware/drivers/BIOS up to date and try making a clean install of your GPU drivers. If your running windows 11 you can on-top of this also go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options > Recovery and then select "Fix problems using Windows Update" by pressing Reinstall now.

If the issues still persists it will be harder to judge what the problem actually is. It may be the GPU itself that is the problem. Sometimes bad powersupply or bad ram can give also give very unexpected problems as well.
