How to clean my lens

i have GE J1470S the problem is when i take photos it so blurry , hazy , dreamy like and i want to clean it by my self at home cuz I can't afford to go to the camera repair shop so guys help me

Hello Renand,

I imagine you tried to clean the front of the lens already so am I right to assume that whatever is making it blurry / hazy is actually inside the lens? Can you see moisture or anything like that inside the lens? Or maybe something resembling mold / fungus?
