Press start and it clicks

When I start my dryer, select any of the drying options and press start, I hear a click but nothing happens. I see the dry light flashing. I've tested the thermal fuse and it has continuity. I have the LG DLE6100M.

Is there a wiring schematic for this appliance? Are you comfortable using a multimeter to probe wiring for damage (power disconnected)? If a circuit board is part of electronics, are you able to determine if its faulty, shows signs of damage from overheating, a blown fuse, etc? If there are error codes, from blinking led to numeric display, you'll have to seek manufacturer's error codes otherwise an appliance expert may be needed.

Any updates on this issue? Our LG dryer is doing the same. DLE3400W
