You'll have to disassemble the frame to get to the hinges and tighten the screws. After some quick research this seems to be a common problem. I have found a YouTube video, I'm not sure if the laptop in the video is the same model as yours. I'm sure if you put a bit more time into it than I did you'll be able to find a more in-depth video.
