I mistakenly turned the display for brightness

I turned the brightness display down so far that I cannot see anything on the screen.  If I can’t see to reset the brightness is there another way to do it?

Turn off all lights, cover all windows, and see if you can see the screen after a few minutes. If you can't, I'm sorry, you're screwed.
