laptop not turning on but the fan is running

after turning my laptop on the fan is running for 7/8 seconds but display doesn't show anything and afrer 7/8 seconds it automatically turning off its self.

I would recommend that you unplug the battery for about 15 minutes and if you have an an NVME or a hard drive remove it and put them back in then try to turn it on.
