I need help identifying a capacitor values.

capacitores smd são identificados pela metragem geralmente ( coloca um identico em dimensoes ), em capacitores ceramocos geralmente e assim ...

remove esse ai e verifica bem o resto da placa pra ver se o curto sumiu... se sim coloca um igual no lugar que deve funcionar
