Tool shut itself off during moderate use
Why did my tool shut off during moderate use, and won’t turn back on?

Check to see if the brushes are ok. Possibly a reset button? Using a multimeter check the switch works. Also with it plugged in and the machine switch in the on position, wiggle the wire up and down in various places. If the motor starts you have a broken supply cord.
