Is there any way to fix it
Whenever I open the laptop, it won't turn on unless it is plugged in. When it is plugged in, the display just flashes white and off on like 1-second intervals.

try holding the power button and reload page button while it's off and unplugged for a few seconds (top row of keys on windows would be F4 and F12)

No luck, I couldn't even get it to flash white, unless I tried to turn it on like that.
then it has a fried fuse or transistor or something like that :c
