Samsung j2 was stuck on Downloading screen

After i turn on my j2 phone it shows "downloading...Do not turn off target" and this is showing for hours. What ever any youtube videos says it doesn't work. Please Help me I don't want to keep my data i just want to freshly turn on this phone.
