Hi Brittany,
Quick question: did you do the screen replacement yourself, or did you have a repair service do the work?
Because like most Samsung phones, the screen replacement procedure on your phone involves replacing the midframe as well; the screen comes already mounted on the midframe, meaning you don't have to worry about gluing or waterproofing the new screen. On many phones like yours people can also replace just the screen without replacing the midframe, but I literally could not find a single guide showing that replacement, so I'm going to assume it's not recommended on your phone.
The reason that matters is the screen+frame replacement requires you to remove all of the cameras and transfer them to the new frame. So they were definitely disconnected in the repair process and may not have been reconnected fully when the phone was reassembled.
So if you had a service do the job for you, then you need to march yourself right back to them and tell them your camera is no longer working after their repair. You know it was working beforehand, so don't let them bully you into saying it had nothing to do with them; they're obligated to fix the issue since they caused it.
If, on the other hand, you did the repair yourself, slap your hand with a ruler, then get your tools back out. You'll need to open the phone back up and get to the point where you can unplug the camera. Get yourself a magnifying glass and a bright light and check both sides of the camera connector, looking for any bent, broken or missing pins. On occasion a bent pin might be straightened with some fine tip tweezers, but broken or missing pins are a bigger problem.
Anyway, assuming everything looks good, clean both sides with 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol, give them a moment to dry, then carefully plug the camera back in. Reassemble the phone far enough to test it and see if that's fixed the problem.
So follow these instructions as appropriate for your situation, then be sure to come on back and let us know how it all turns out.
