New SSD issues won’t update

I got a new 2 tebibyte ssd for my Xbox one but it is giving me an error at start up. I’m trying to do an offline update but I’ve been having issues with getting the usb to register on the Xbox.

Giving WHAT error at startup? Why keep missing important information.

Xbox One USB is flakey, sometimes it's the connector sometimes it's the USB bridge freezing itself. clean the connectors and pull the power plug then reconnect.

From what i found online the update files are bad on the xbox site and there is newer files floating around on someone's Google drive that work
