My HP computer can't detected the keyboard and mouse after booting. How can I fix this problem

If you can try and use some isopropyl and toothbrush/q tulto clean the copper/gold pins in the usb

Model number of PC.
OS version installed - Win7, Win8.1, Win10, Win11
Type of keyboard and mouse i.e. PS/2, USB, Wireless etc.
Can you get into BIOS with a working keyboard?
