Touch pad gestures not working

I bought the device from the previous owner, After doing a clean os installation of Windows, the touchpad worked fine for a day or two then i noticed the touchpad wont work for other gestures such as scrolling with two fingers e.t.c, i've tried installing all the drivers from hp support but still not working. Please i need all the suggestions cause i really want to enjoy the pc 🙏
