Hi Renaldi,

The ghost touch phenomenon is caused by electrical noise on the digitizer's signal lines that the processor mistakes for touch inputs. That noise is almost always caused by some kind of damage to the digitizer, whether that's from being dropped or exposed to liquid or even just being stressed a bit too far from being in your pocket, and the damage usually isn't visible as a crack in the glass, for instance.

I personally haven't seen or heard of anyone successfully repairing a digitizer with a ghost touch problem, so the solution is almost always to replace the screen. Screen replacement on your phone is of medium difficulty; while I wasn't able to locate any iFixit-style repair guides on the internet, I did check a few YouTube videos, and here's the one I thought was the best.

Realme C21Y Screen Replacement and Disassembly DIY RMX3261 2023 - YouTube

If you do a search online for Realme C21Y Screen Replacement you'll see several sites selling new LCDs for your phone, including the big sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress among others.

As you work, take lots of pictures, then when you're done you can use them to create your very own iFixit guide for those who come after you with the same problem. It's easy, fun, and you'll earn the gratitude of the repair community.
