Why am I not able to order my buttons to Thailand?

I desperately need a new R1 button for my Steam Deck, I ahve the unfortuate circumstances of living in Thailand and am not able to purchase a new part from your store, there are no retailers in Bangkok let alone Thailand that has spare parts from old Steam Deck consoles what should I do because I am not buying a new Deck
