OEM Radio, unable to pair my phone via Bluetooth. Need to reset radio

Have a OEM radio on my 12 Kia forte koup. Amount of phones allowed on radio is at max. To delete phones you have to be able to pair to delete. Cannot do it on the radio itself. Stupid design imo. Tried my code scanner and was unable to clear. Contacted local dealership and they are wanting over $200 to clear. There has to be another way.
