Make sure that you are using the right setup for the internal speakers and that you do not have your settings to some external speakers, headphones etc. Next you want to check your cables. If you are using HDMI cables etc.. then you want to try different cable.

If after all of this you still do not have sound, then it is possible that you are either having speaker problems or a bad audio amp IC on your main board. For that we will have to see all of your board.
