The router stuck on blue circulating light

the router when I turn it on is stuck on the blue circulating light, after checking with the repair shop they said that it needs a new EEPROM (a piece where the firmware of the router is stored) which they do not have at the repair shop.
ill need a donation from a similar router from which they can take the EEPROM and install it on my router or I need to find a place where I can buy the EEPROM itself. can you please advise where I can order the EEPROM for the TP-Link AX6000 router?
