How do you have "only black screen" and know that "signal is not available"?

That is info displayed on the screen so it can't be all black.

Make sure all cables (HDMI, component, etc.) are securely plugged into both the TV and the device (such as a cable box, game console, or streaming device) that you are trying to watch.
