Hey hi Syarif, it looks like your stuck on a boot loop, this is a rare issue, but quite common when you are trying to enter recovery mode. However, for that reason, following are steps you can do to get out of the boot loop:

You can first try safe mode, go ahead and press the volume down button (only) while the phone is restarting.

You can also check if it is the battery or something else, for that you need to put the phone on charging and let it boot.

If nothing works then the only option for you, that is left is, ******factory reset. To do that, you need to press and hold the volume down button along with power button at the same time while the phone is restarting, you would then come to a blue screen with 4 buttons (I guess), choose the wipe data/factory reset option and then follow the process.

KEEP IN MIND THAT FACTORY RESET WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA, SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE BACKED UP EVERYTHING TO A SAFE A REALIABLE PLACE, ALSO IF YOU FACTORY RESET BY THE GIVEN OPTION, THEN YOU WOULD HAVE TO ENTER THE XIAMOI MI ACCOUNT PASSWORD WHICH IS LOGGED IN THE MOBILE IN ORDER TO USE THE PHONE AFTER THE PHONE IS DONE WITH FACTORY RESET. Make sure that you know the password of the MI account which setup in your mobile in the settings and if you don't know it then you would have to reset it when your mobile becomes conscious (boot-loop end), meaning that when the boot loop ends, then log into your phone, go into settting and then factory reset.
