U9100 (tps65656a2) Black Screen

Hi all,

I'm trying to repair a 13 PM that boots but the sceen is black, no logo, nothing. I measured in diode mode the display board conector (J11500) and found pad 31 is OL. and it should be 0.540 , This pad goes to the ic tps65656a2 (U9100) pad E4. I did not found the IC datasheet.

¿Replacing the IC should solve the problem?
