Installed in computer and still won’t turn on

I installed the power pack as instructed and computer still will not turn on.

@jimhammer your UPS is a Be700G-UK (ES 700)? did your computer turn on before you plugged it into the UPS. Does your computer come on when you connect it to a different outlet? You verified your installation and operation of your UPS with the owners manual? What else have you tried?
