Koorui portable monitor flashing RGB color

I have a Koorui 15" portable FHD monitor. When connected with HDMI, it flashes RGB color. I have changed the HDMI wire and checked, turned off and turned on the monitor multiple times, and tried it with a different laptop. When powered on, the Koorui logo does show up. I have reached out to Koorui support, and they asked me to do what I already did.

When connected, the laptop can identify the monitor, which means there is no issue with the HDMI cable. I have opened the display to look at the parts. I think the issue is with the 30-pin cable that connects to the FHD panel. Anyway, this is my guess as I am trying to play around for the first time. Any pointers on how to proceed will be highly appreciated.
