phone died and stuck with black screen and wont charge

my phone fell on a bucket of water and i tried to use an app to get rid of it, it kinda work but then my phone died and i charge it but it didnt work, i tried to use the down volume and power at the same time but it didnt work, the logo cant even appear its just a black screen without even any sounds
