I have a apple watch se 2nd gen 40mm (a2722) that I need to replace the battery in. IFixIt sells the battery for the series 5 and 1st gen se but I don't see anything for the series 6 or 2nd gen se. Are they interchangeable or are they different batteries?

Yes battery for S5 Se and Se2 are same.
Actually mor parts are interchangable including display, tho SE2 display is made with a bit diff technology (i assume as i see small details different in it) but works just as good.
