The which is pass through the handle to the battery are collapse after that my scooter is automatically on and off after sometime the scooter is off and never start plz help me

Something is lost in the translation. A scooter is relatively simple electrically. A battery, motor, on/off switch, speed control and associated wires and connectors. The electronics for the speed control is likely a sealed PWM module, so no need to get into that.
You must start at the battery with a DMV. and trace the power to the switch, then to the Speed control and to the motor.
HOWEVER, you can learn a lot by manipulating the controls to see what happens and what does not. Post a detailed description of that and someone may be able to point you to the problem.

If an electric scooter is left unused for a long time, the battery cells can become unbalanced. They may no longer all have the same charge level.
The scooter can still appear to charge normally and may even show 100%, because some of the cells are already fully charged. However, the weaker cells may only be charged to around 60%. When you start riding, those weaker cells discharge much faster. As soon as their voltage drops too low, the battery management system shuts the scooter down to protect the battery, even though the battery pack as a whole may still seem to have plenty of charge left.
That is why the scooter can stop after using only about half of its normal range and then show an empty battery.
In some cases, the individual cells or cell groups need to be charged and balanced separately so that they all return to roughly the same charge level. It is quite a common problem when a scooter or similar machine has been left standing unused for a long time.
It is like a car—it is made to be used, not left standing around like a statue! :D :D :D
