Does not turn on and the backlight is flashing

@oldturkey03 this is LG65UN7200, this one has exactly the issue "Won’t turn on and back light flashing" as roger phillips' one. I changed Power supply board by a new board but it is still being the symptom, still not turn on and back light flashes. One more thing, when I unplug the power cable of the back light led -> the stand-by light goes ON, but when plugs it in, the stand-by light not ON

@tom99704 this "when I unplug the power cable of the back light led -> the stand-by light goes ON, but when plugs it in, the stand-by light not ON" would lead me to the backlights. If you have a multimetre, check the voltages on the backlight connector. Measure that with and without them being connected.

It appears as if there is a failed backlight strip, which could cause behaviors like the one you described. Replacing the strips is a bit of a PITA with a panel size as big as your TV but it's definitely doable. Check something like this guide Striscia LED per la retroilluminazione sul LG 55UH6150 on how to do it. Different model same idea.
