I am trying to find out what hard drive I should buy to replace a current hard drive on my new HP Chromebook 14 G7. And is it possible to replace existing hard drive with new one? If yes, how do I replace it correctly?

@ashotski1 here is the HP Chromebook® 14 G7 Service Guide and you will find that there is no HDD. Your computer's Storage is a "Storage On-board (nonupgradeable) support for embedded MultiMedia Controller (eMMC) 32 GB MO-276 MMC v5.0"
