Cell phone ringtone sounds bad

Good morning, I have a problem with this Redm Note 8.
the problem is in the Buzzer speaker, I changed the part now the vibration works but I have a slight disturbance ONLY in the main ringtones of the phone.
I tried with other songs on youtube and it works perfectly.

I noticed that when I recharge my cell phone the problem spreads to all sounds

What could it be?

Update (03/23/24)

Hi, I only replaced the buzzer speaker and therefore the plastic piece that screws on, I looked around and spoke to someone more expert and he told me that it could be a resistor or capacitor in the motherboard. Previously to what the customer said it had been taken to a repair center and they didn't fix anything. Unfortunately I just started and I don't have all the tools such as the soldering iron and the multimeter.

@marcolamia this"when I recharge my cell phone the problem spreads to all sounds" makes me think that it is a parts issue. Double check your work and consider replacing the parts once more. Let us know exactly which parts you replaced. That can give us a better clue on what is going on with your phone.

@marcolamia I see. that makes sense and yes, if you do not have the tools it's difficult to get into a board repair. You have rebooted your phone and maybe you should consider a complete restore of your software.

Here is what you need to look for in regards to schematics for your audio circuit Redmi Note 8 Audio and you will need this PCB Layout to find the components on the board. I know you do not have all the tools yet, but since it could be the circuitry that gives you issues, you will at least have to start looking at it. It's not like we can say "the bad component is R2415 etc." Those are things that have to be determined by troubleshooting of the circuitry. It's not easy and can be very tedious but with determination it can be learned and can be done.

@marcolamia let us know if the ringtone that cause this are custom ringtones or the Xiaomi default ringtones. I am still leaning toward this being a software issue. Check {https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/ring... |on here]

I thank you for this very important help indeed, I am a new technician and unfortunately I am gaining experience at my own expense and I am fine with that. I will definitely start studying these schemes, to understand how they work, I hope in the future to do some welding so as to put these experiences in my pockets as well which completes the type of work that I have chosen very happily. Surely in the not too distant future I will cover the voltmeter and I hope to be able to get a soldering iron too. I can tell you that at the beginning they were only the standard Xiaomi ringtones, while on channels like YouTube it was fine. As soon as I put the phone on charge, the music on YouTube also stopped and from there I began to doubt whether the problem was in the motherboard and therefore writing for the first time on this site
