The mic is broken and the speaker distorsion with medium/high volume

Hello, Im in Montreal/Qb,Canada, someone knows where i could fix mi UeBoom2 ?

The mic is broken (?) and the speaker makes a distorsion with medium/high volume.

Also sometimes make little electric noises, like there is some dirty.

Its a 7years old ueboom <3

I would like to fix it, but maybe its so expensive that is preferable to buy a used one in good shape.

@amparodomian explain this "The mic is broken (?) and the speaker makes a distorsion with medium/high volume." a bit more. It is absolutely possible that this is a power supply/battery issue, but we need to know more detail about this.
