Hi Bill,
Ifixit does sell a genuine Pixel 8 Pro back glass and housing. A link to it can be found here: Google Pixel 8 Pro Rear Case - Genuine (ifixit.com)
There are also cheaper (although not genuine) replacements can be found on other sites such as eBay.
