@fationmarku This does sound like a battery issue. It does not look like anybody has ever tried to open them up.

Just like most of these earbuds, this look like they get opened from the back. For now, I would look through videos like this one for an idea on how to open it.

Earbuds in general do not easily disassemble and most often it is destructive
