Finding feet for MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar 2018

ifixit only seems to have M1/M2 model Macs' feet (specifying they don't aren't usable in retina MBP) and a MacBook Air up to 2015. Which parts should I use?

I think I've got a 2018 model 15" MBP.

Any difference in diameter or such for what goes on the case might be a problem, yeah?

The best you'll find is getting a replacement bottom cover. Apple doesn't offer replacement feet anymore as a spare (at least what I too can find).
