My phone imei has lost and says un able to activate

The screen and back is broken and I forgotten my password and when I try to restore it says unable to activate and when I check my imei there is no imei and how can I recover my imei?

That’s a motherboard problem, AP unable to communicate with BP, either broken link, broken BP power, or just broken BP.

None of these are DIYable repairs.
