1 no shorted 12V rail and no power to cpu
the power seems to stop going through the motherboard after the mosfats but none of them are shorted and I don't think all 3 broke at once. there is no power to the rest of the board.

When you say that power stops after the Mosfets, you mean there's no voltage coming out?
It would help to know the specifics of how and where you're testing.

there is a chip named R47 above the fan connecter thats shorted so im going to replace that and see but yes, no voltage comes out after the mosfats.
