LED battery status indicator is blinking orange and Fn Key is lighting when im pressing power button, Laptop wont start und fans are not working too. I removed the battery and plugged charger with the same result.
Mainboard looks good, do you know where i should look at?

Laptops have the power charging circuit on a separate board or on the MB. Looks won't tell you much unless it is a total catastrophe. Unfortunately, I can't find any service info.
I don't know what you are referring to as Fn Key light. Since that would be lit by a MB circuit that might indicate the problem is on the MB and not the power circuit.
