How to fix my phone when turned black?

Hello,

My name is Lottie and I dropped my phone while it was charging face down on the floor. Once I picked it up there were no cracks but the bottom of my phone was pink and black. Soon after my phone suddenly turned black. We have been charging it for two days and it still hasn’t turned on.

What is this? How do I fix this?
