I had 20% battery and it died. I've tried having on charge for 12 hours. And nothing. Changed cables. Nothing. Power cycles don't work either. It's only 4 months old

@louisekh "It's only 4 months old" contact the seller and have it either fixed under warranty or get it replaced. It could be an issue with your charging port, charging board or even the main board. This should all still be covered under warranty.
