Samsung LE32T51B Television Turns on and off again after 1 second

I picked up this TV from the thrash and after switching up a capacitor that blew up on me I got it to turn ON, the TV receives power and can remain connected with the stand-by LED on well but when I turn on the display it shuts off almost immediately and powers off completely, I cant find anything else wrong with her but I feel like I am so close since I can get it to turn ON and even show image/display sound if connected with DVI
