suddenly my computer stop working then i am testing every part of component and finaly i get problem,the problem is bios ic file lost but can't the bios file xu133u rev 4.0 ,please help me by seding file

What make is the computer? How do you know the BIOS IC is the problem? Do any lights come on at all?
